Delivery Timeline
All parcels must arrive at our office on or before Friday and will be delivered on Saturday or Sunday. Please note that this option applies to only parcels below 3kg only. If your parcel is above 3kg, please select the 24hr service instead.
Collection
Your parcel will be delivered to our staff on campus, who will contact you for collection.
Terms & Conditions:
- We don’t always deliver cooked food or cake. Send a custom request for service availability.
- Our rates are based on a single recipient. Multiple recipients will attract additional costs.
- Our rates are based on the declared weight and size of individual shipments we receive. Heavier or larger items than declared will attract considerable additional charges.
- Illegal or banned items will not be shipped.
- Items may be checked and repackaged for security purposes.
- You’re expected to package your parcel properly to avoid loss in transit
We use third-party vendors to fulfil our pickup services and may experience slight delays for late requests. If you have an alternative means of getting the parcel to our office, select "Don't Pickup" option for parcel location.
