Delivery Timeline
Your parcel will be delivered same day or next day from when the parcel arrives at our office.
If the parcel arrives at our office before noon, be rest assured it will be delivered same day, otherwise, it will be delivered the next day. Please contact us if you’re sending parcels that are larger in size or volume.
Collection
Your parcel will be delivered to our staff on campus, who will contact you for collection.
Terms & Conditions:
- We don’t always deliver cooked food. Send us a custom request to confirm service availability.
- Our rates are based on a single recipient. Multiple recipients will attract additional costs.
- Our rates are based on the declared weight and size of individual shipments we receive. Heavier or larger items than declared will attract considerable additional charges.
- Illegal or banned items will not be shipped.
- Items may be checked and repackaged for security purposes.
- You’re expected to package your parcel properly to avoid loss in transit
We use third-party vendors to fulfil our pickup services and may experience slight delays for late requests. If you have an alternative means of getting the parcel to our office, select "Don't Pickup" option for parcel location.
